Go Phone Free Initiative 

The West Limerick 'Go Phone Free' initiative is a voluntary agreement among parents to delay giving their children smartphones and access to social media until after primary school.  This initiative also provides resources and support for parents navigating current digital challenges. For those who opt in, this means agreeing to:

• No smartphones for primary school-age children

• No social media for primary school-age children

What if my child already has a smartphone?

This initiative also aims to support parents in managing their child's current smartphone/device usage.
