As Principal, I am thrilled to be leading the school forward, building on the tremendous achievements of its past and becoming part of its unfolding and exciting future. I am also privileged to work with a staff that is highly professional and whose commitment underpins the warmth and vitality of this great school.

As a Catholic school, Scoil Naomh Mhuire aims to create a place of welcome and to provide a wholesome learning experience, where the intellectual, spiritual, physical, moral, social and cultural needs of the pupils are identified and addressed. We are committed to creating a safe and positive learning environment where staff and pupils promote and model the Christian values of truth, justice, respect and compassion. Consequently, we trust that each person finds themselves as valued members of our happy, vibrant learning community.

We value and look after the needs of every child and aim to ensure that all of our pupils enjoy their time here.  We recognise that learning is a lifelong process, and believe that the foundation we lay with children today, will help them to develop their talents to their full potential and to grow into confident caring members of the community.
